Professional
For our short term vacation Rentals we have several services to put your mind at ease for most if not all issues that can arise. The fee is $200.00 per month/ per location with a Minimum 1 year commitment.
All the services are included in the subscription. We visit each property and create an up to date file for each property that included a full report of condition, damages,potential liability issues.
We also offer cleaning and maintenance services from our team. They are trained, qualified, professional, drug tested and have clean backgrounds to ensure each client is at ease with their assets.
We also offer short term rental decor Services for either particularly events or Christmas decorating for your Cabin. We have on staff a professional interior designer, and employees With a background, From a national commercial Christmas decorating company. We will make magical memories for your guest to love for a lifetime.

Please take note, we do not assist with booking or property management.

We offer vacation rental risk management services that include,
1. General liability assessment/investigations for claims.
2. Inventory of home with general report, pictures and up to date documentations for insurance purpose.
3. Assistance with Credit Card Chargeback disputes, claims investigations.
4. Assist with property damages/Investigations.
5.We are the liaison for vacation rental owners vs. property damages, being a representative for prosecution and court.
6. Acting representative for tresspass actions for properties that request removal of guest that doesn't comply with rules.
7. Site integrity audits for maintenance/cleaneing crews.
